These terms cover your use of saturnksp.com, run by SaturnKSP, a UK Kerbal Space Program launch company based in Newquay, Cornwall, founded in 2021. By using this site or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

The site

saturnksp.com is our public site: information about our Aerospace, Defense and AI divisions, our missions, and Saturn AI — our in-development assistant for Kerbal Space Program, spaceflight, orbital mechanics and aerospace learning. Some features, including Saturn AI, are in closed beta or still coming and may change or be withdrawn at any time.

Kerbal Space Program is a video game published by its own respective owners. We are a launch company operating within it — nothing on this site is an official Kerbal Space Program product, and we don't claim any rights to the game itself.

Accounts

• You must provide a real, working email address and keep your password secure.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• One account per person. Don't share your login.
• You can delete your own account at any time from Account settings — this is immediate and permanent, and removes your account data from our database.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or breach these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data that aren't yours.
• Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or abuse sign-up, login, or any other form on the site.
• Upload or submit anything unlawful, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the site or the services it depends on.

Saturn AI

Saturn AI is a specialist assistant for Kerbal Space Program, spaceflight, orbital mechanics and aerospace learning. It can help develop mission concepts, explain technical ideas, and draft code. It can make mistakes, and its output may be incomplete or incorrect. Use it for learning, simulation and early-stage concepts only — it is not certified engineering, flight-safety, legal, medical or financial advice, and it does not cover topics outside aerospace. Do not enter personal, confidential or export-controlled information into it.

Content and intellectual property

Text, images, video and other content we publish on this site belongs to SaturnKSP or our licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not republish, resell, or present it as your own without our permission.

Third-party links

We link out to services we don't control — YouTube, Discord, X, our merch store on Etsy, and others. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, not ours.

Disclaimer and liability

This site and its content are provided "as is". We aim to keep information accurate and the service running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that everything here is error-free — particularly anything produced by Saturn AI, per the section above. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes, and we'll update the date at the top when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
